Every person born has been enabled (gifted) by God.
Only when a person is born again can that “ability” begin to profit the kingdom of God.
Using a unique assessment, completed by each participant, responses are entered into a software program designed to reveal the individual’s gifts. A three-page personal profile is provided to each participant explaining their gift (ability, enablement). The pastor also receives a summary on each participant. (Training can also be done for pastors to use the assessment software on a continual basis for new membership training.)
In addition, a personality assessment is given to reveal the individual’s personality trait. Blending the personality with the gift opens a whole new world to every participant.
